Packaged tea

Tea is good drink to preventing heatstroke and keeping cool. According to Li Shizhen’s book “Compendium of Materia Medica”: tea tastes bitter and is cold, which can reduce pathogenic fire. In dog days of midsummer with the scorching sun hanging in the sky, you’ll feel cool with drinking a cup of cool or hot Tie Guan Yin tea. That because the tea polyphenol , carbohydrate, amino acids, pectin and vitamins in tea will have a chemical reaction with the saliva in mouth, which can moisture mouth so as to make the function of thirst quencher. Meanwhile, due to the function of caffeine in tea, large of energy is sheded through pores. It is reported that the heat sheded from pores by drinking a cup of tea is as much as 50 times of that in the tea, so that people can feel cool.

There are lots of records in Chinese ancient medical books that people used tea to treat disease like bacillary dysentery, dysentery, acute enteritis and acute gastritis. Why does dragon well tea have the bactericidal and antidiarrheal effect? That due to its tea polyphenol. Entering into the gastrointestinal, the tea polyphenol will relax the nervous function of intestinal to moderate bowel movement.
